HERBERT: Donald Charles “Charlie” – Passed away peacefully at Oak Ridges Hospice, Port Perry on November 9, 2023. Donnie was the cherished husband of Lyn (Horton) for 51 years. Loving father of Richard and Steven. Brother of Bud, Ann (John) and Donnalee (Pat). He will be remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Donnie loved the outdoors enjoying hunting, fishing, snowmobile and side- by- side rides. Visitation will be held at the Mangan Funeral Home on Wednesday November 15th from 11a.m-1p.m. A celebration of life will follow at the Beaverton Legion from 1-4p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
