RIHEL: Frank Passed away at Southlake Regional Hospital on Wednesday April 13, 2022 at the age of 91. Frank was the cherished father of Martha Rihel and Frank Rihel. Loving grandfather of Kaitlyn (A.J) and Joshua (Taylor). Frank will be missed by many. Visitation will be held at the Mangan Funeral Home on Thursday April 21, 2022 from 1P.M until time of funeral service at 2P.M. Interment at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Beaverton.
