Elaine was predeceased by her husband George Millar. Cherished mother of Tina (Shane) Fountaine of Beaverton, and predeceased by her son George Millar. Loving grandmother of Billy Fountaine (Leah Mehew). Elaine was the sister of Myrna (Bob) Caverly, Bonnie O’Connor, and predeceased by Doreen Cornish.
