SMALLEY: James “Jim” Franklin – Passed away at his residence in Beaverton, on Thursday January 13, 2022. Jim was the cherished husband of Donna (MacKillop) Smalley. Loving father of Lori (David) Webb, Christine Parish, Janeen (Ed) Stodulski, Karen (Ian) Webb and Darren (Anna) Smalley. Proud grandfather to 13 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Brother of Pat (Rick) Yakley, Marrieta McKeowan, and predeceased by his siblings Phil (surviving Beth) Smalley, and Anne Rose. Jim will be remembered by his many nieces, nephews, close friends and numerous colleagues. There will be no service at this time.
