She enjoyed visits from friends and family and always had a cup of tea and homemade goodies to serve them. On bright sunny days she loved to take a stroll to the shops in town, stopping to chat with those she met. Her deck was also one of her favorite spots to listen to the birds and enjoy her flower gardens. Reading a good book, knitting, crocheting and crossword puzzles were a relaxing pastime for her. For those who knew Isobel, her warm smile and infectious laugh will never be forgotten. She will be deeply missed and remembered by many. In keeping with Isobel’s wishes there will be no visitation. A private family service and interment will take place at the Stone Church Cemetery, Beaverton. If desired, a donation to Community Care Durham or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences are welcomed at www.manganfuneralhome.com
