Lynne Marie Johnson, 70, was born on February 16, 1951 and called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, following a brief illness at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Beloved daughter of Marion Johnson of Beaverton, Ontario, and the late Reg Johnson. Cherished by her brother and sister-in-law, Dr. Larry and Donna Johnson; nephew, Darrell Johnson; niece, Darlene Martin; niece, Deanne Hamlette and their families. She spent most of her life in Sunderland, Ontario and, most recently, at Bon Air Long Term Care Residence in Cannington, Ontario. She enjoyed being a porter at Port Perry Medical Centre for over 20 years . Lynne Marie found joy in the simple things in life and had a love for music, especially playing the piano. She loved jewellery and could never have enough. She maintained a child-like excitement over any holiday or celebration and loved to receive gifts. She loved her family and took great pride in her nephew, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces. We will hold our plentiful memories dear in our hearts, until we meet again, and rejoice that she is with her Lord and Savior. A memorial service for family and friends will be held at Grace Baptist Church on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 2:00 p. m. with Dr. Larry Johnson officiating. Private interment at Pinedale cemetery
