It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rudy Eric Mueller, on March 12, 2022 at Victoria Manor Long Term Care in Lindsay, ON where he resided the past 5 years. We are truly appreciative and thankful for the great care and kindness exhibited by the staff and caregivers. Rudy enjoyed a full life of 88 years with much fun, laughs and good cheer. Always the life of the party and a quick wit, he leaves a huge gap in our hearts. He is survived by his wife Shirley, his daughter Marlene, son-in-law Gene Cookmeyer and two grandchildren. Rudy is affectionately remembered and missed by close friends Olga and Cliff and will be remembered by countless other social friends & Toronto Star co-workers. Following cremation, a service will be held on Wed. March 16, 2022 at 2pm at St. Andrews Presbyterian church in Bolsover, ON, followed by an informal gathering. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
