Condolence: I spend time with many seniors at Hyland Crest, but only a few become friends that I will always cherish. Norma was definitely one of these. Her lovely smile and sometimes devilish spirit made her a favourite with everyone. She was bright and funny and loving and I know I will always remember her as a person I was lucky to know.

Condolence: Dear Judy and Steve and family,

I am terribly sorry for your loss. While I only knew her for a short period, Norma really touched my heart. Every visit was special, and we shared many laughs together.

I hope that you find comfort in your memories of your mom.

Condolence From: Liz Griffin
Condolence: Dear Judy, Steve and family. Words cannot express how sorry I am for your loss of Norma. I am sorry for my loss of her also. Norma became such a friend to Tracy and I while she lived at the Home. We absolutely fell in love with her charm and wit and her love to tease others. Her smile always made my day brighter as did the looks she would give when full of hellery, which was a lot😂 Her call to 911 though was absolutely my favorite. So many fun times with Norma. We shall miss her tremendously. As we will you too! Take care. Love Liz Griffin❤
