Barbara Homsy-Paterson

My deepest condolences to all of you on your loss. Pat Hay was such a great influence in my life. She taught me at St. Patrick's school in Toronto through very important formative years in grade 6, 7 and 8. She was the person who brought me into girl guiding and was my girl guide leader for about five years. She loved all of her students as if we were her children. She taught us respect for ourselves and others. She gave us a love for music and a love for life. She kept in touch with all of us and with me even after my husband's passing in 2016. She was loved. She inspired us. She made us great people. May her soul and the souls of all of our faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace.
